Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid enrollments confirmed by invoice or enrollment agreement with Smartwebkit. Informational prices on this website are not themselves a purchase.

Timeframe

For cohort programs, you may request a full refund up to seven (7) days before the published start date. Requests received after that cutoff are evaluated for partial refunds only.

Full refund conditions

A full refund is available when: (1) you cancel at least seven days before start, or (2) Smartwebkit cancels the cohort and cannot offer a comparable transfer date you accept.

Partial refund conditions

If you withdraw after the seven-day cutoff but before the third live session, we may refund 40% of tuition after deducting materials already delivered. Withdrawals after the third live session are generally ineligible for tuition refund.

Non-refundable items

Third-party exam fees (if any), custom dataset preparation for Integrity Studio already performed, and completed private facilitation days are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@smartwebkit.digital with your full name, enrollment ID or invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days after approval.

Refund method

Funds return via the original payment method when possible. Wire payments may be returned by wire to the originating account; bank fees charged by intermediaries are not reimbursed by Smartwebkit.

Cancellation by Smartwebkit

If we cancel or materially reschedule a program, you may transfer to a later cohort or receive a full refund of tuition paid for the affected seat.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer protections under Korean law apply where relevant and take precedence over conflicting clauses. Documented medical emergencies may be considered case-by-case for compassionate transfer rather than cash refund.
